Administrator - Workshop

About the role

Keep the City's fleet moving.

As the Administrator - Workshop, you'll be the operational hub of our workshop team. You'll coordinate maintenance schedules, manage parts and inventory, support procurement activities and maintain critical fleet records. Every day will be different, with plenty of interaction across the business as you work closely with operators, suppliers, contractors and workshop staff.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being organised, solving problems and making things happen behind the scenes. Your work will help ensure our fleet and plant assets are safe, reliable and ready to support essential services across our community.

About you

You're someone who thrives in a busy environment and genuinely enjoys being the person who keeps everything together. You have strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities with ease.

You build positive relationships, communicate confidently and are comfortable working across multiple systems and processes. Experience in a workshop, fleet or mechanical environment would be highly regarded, but most importantly you'll bring a proactive attitude and a commitment to great customer service.

What's on offer?

  • Competitive Salary starting from $75k - $77k, depending on skills and experience plus 12% superannuation
  • Permanent Full-Time position, 35 hours per week
  • Flex time arrangements available in accordance with City procedures
  • Located at the Marcia Street Depot, Coffs Harbour
